Purchaser has rights to 50% of all business generated within territory for 10 years from date of purchase - guaranteed renewal
for one other ten year period.

Large Metro City: $50,000.00

States with large metropolitan city listed share with city leasee: meaning that all sales are guaranteed to the originator of sale. 
If State leaser makes sale in large Metro City - only the State Leasee earns the commission.  City leasee cannot earn commissions

from regions outside franchise city of authority.

States and Metro Leases available for one year leases for $5,000.  
However, the lease can be lost to another who purchases the ten year lease.  The ten year lease begins at the end of the one
year leaser's tenure.

The leasee is responsible for marketing all product categories to appropriate market segments including the ten year lease 
purchase.

Arithmetai Universal Marketing Franchise

Right now we are only directly leasing the Arithmetai Universal Marketing Franchise.  Under this lease you will be authorized to offer all the courses and services

found on our university website.  In addition you will be authorized to market the following franchise leases.
